Teaching yoga, for me, is compassionately guiding students through a traditional practice. Yoga has brought me peace of mind and an ability to let go of old wounds, and this is what I bring my students both as individuals as well as group study. I was trained in a Traditional Jivamukta studio and have been teaching yoga since 2010, and attended intensive training for Prenatal Yoga during the spring of 2017.
Pranic Healing is an intuitive tool I learned in 2016 that allows me to remove old energies that are holding one back physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. By delving deep into the chakras and aura I remove old energies of past lives, difficult times from this one, and sometimes just help to bring back the balanced exchange of energy with the universe.
Spirituality is something that is deeply personal, individualized, and rarely from one tradition alone. With everything that is now out there, it can be difficult for many starting down a spiritual path to sift through and find what’s right for them. After spending a life time studying spiritual practices from all over the world, I help lead students to find the path that works best for them. Integrating each person’s individual needs into a spiritual practice that promotes the deepest growth.
I often find that each service I offer work in conjunction and always allow each student to find the right balance that works for them. Weather you come to me for one service or many, I always give my undivided attention and gifts to help you ground down and get the most out of your life.
